Marketing Manager-Multi Dealership

We wish to recruit a Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and implementation of all marketing activities, which encompasses 5 sites located in Co. Scope of the Position:

In this challenging role the Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximising the sales potential and achieving revenue budgets in both sales and after sales. Manage all internal and external communications and PR.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the national marketing teams within the nine manufacturer brands and ensure marketing material complies with their guidelines.
  • Ensure our brand guidelines are clear, strong, and implemented in a consistent manner across all our channels.
  • Maintain and update content on all websites along with our nine other manufacturer websites.
  • Develop/organise creative assets and compose copy for press ads, brochures, invitations, flyers and digital content for the website, social media, display advertising and all other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database; organise, automate, and synchronise sales, marketing and aftersales communications.
  • Online marketing management including curation, scheduling, and management of reputation for accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on agreed objectives and metrics and continuously optimise strategies to meet these objectives.
  • Ensuring that we continue to lead and innovate through Digital Marketing.
  • Various ad hoc duties.
  • Travelling between 5 garages.

The correct fit Candidate will demonstrate:

  • Successful marketing campaigns which have been managed and implemented by the candidate.
  • Excellent project Management skills/Attention to detail along with strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.


  • Manage all internal and external communications and PR.
  • Manage all onsite and offsite events.
  • Manage all websites and social media platforms.
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Database management.

Professional Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong event coordination skills and adherence to Manufacturer corporate guidelines.
  • Striving on developing marketing plans and strategies and the ability to instigate, implement and measure results.
  • Working knowledge on website management across a number of program platforms.
  • You must have a working business understanding of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram together with Google Analytics.
  • To maximise communications on social media platforms, you will be required to be able to edit images and videos – you should, therefore, have previous experience of working with image (and video) editing tools.
  • Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification.

You will be required to illustrate:

  • Successful marketing campaigns that you have implemented.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
