The Role

As an Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing alloy wheels to the highest standard. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and ensure customers leave with results they can trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess damage to alloy wheels (curbing, scratches, dents, cracks, corrosion).
• Carry out wheel straightening, welding, and refinishing processes.
• Prepare and apply paint, powder coating, and lacquering finishes.
• Use specialist tools, machinery, and repair techniques with precision.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in alloy wheel repair, refurbishment, or a related automotive refinishing trade.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Knowledge of different finishes (diamond cut, painted, polished, powder-coated).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Full Irish driving licence.
