Parts Advisor

Audi Wexford have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking to kick start their career in the motor industry as a Parts Advisor.


Schedule: Monday to Friday

The right candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and individually when required.
  • You will be confident in dealing with the public & trade alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily stock control checks.
  • To order, organise and maintain the parts stock of the dealership.
  • To accurately identify, locate and pick parts for Trade and Retail customers.
  • Handling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & by email.
  • Ordering, tracking, receiving & identifying stock & checking in goods from suppliers.
  • Store items in an orderly & accessible manner in parts department & ensuring accurate identification of parts.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service through efficient communication.
  • Being highly organised and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Working to deadlines and targets.
  • Ensuring cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all times

Key Requirements:

  • Friendly, customer focused disposition.
  • Ability to multitask in a very busy and fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach to growing parts sales to the trade.
  • Drive to achieve results and to be involved in a variety of tasks which call for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner, with the product knowledge to interpret the customer’s needs and ensure that the right parts are sold to the customer.
  • Ability to maintain quality operating procedures, adherence to rules and processes.
